ADW appreciates you and your loyalty to our products! We work hard to exceed all of your expectations, and aim to do so with our exceptional customer service. Due to high demand of particular colors and styles, the product you want may not be available. In this rare circumstance, we will do everything we can to ensure that your order is processed as soon as possible and an email will be sent to you confirming your order and your expected shipment date.
All ADW watches are protected by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. Any mechanical failures or malfunctions will be covered under this warranty.
Dead batteries and physical damage i.e. broken crown, cracked screen, water damage, and torn silicone will not be covered under this warranty. ADW is not responsible for lost or stolen product. If for any reason your watch becomes defective please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before you ship out your watch, we ask that you provide a copy of your original receipt along with your return code from customer support. With out a copy of original receipt we can not process any warranty replacements. ADW is not responsible for shipping expenses on any returned products. After inspection, we will be happy to switch out the defective Switch Up with a brand new replacement of the same color. We will ship your watch back to you at an additional fee of $5.00. Please note: due to inventory the warranty exchange may take up to 15 days.
As a part of our extended warranty, we will accept any physically damaged ADW Switchup for a fee of $17.50 with shipping included. This extended warranty covers any physical damage, water damage, silicone tear, broken into pieces, and even being over the 90-day warranty period. Basically as long as you own an ADW Switchup you can always replace it no matter what with fee of $17.50.
Changing the Battery
In the event your battery no longer works, we would be happy to supply you with a new one for a flat rate of $5.00. You can change the battery yourself with just 3 simple steps – please see our video on changing the battery on the FAQ page. Or, you can bring your Switch Up to your local watch store or repair shop and have it replaced for you.
Switch Ups will gladly accept returned merchandise 14 days from the date that you received (purchased) the product. The product must be unworn and in new condition with no damages. A 20% restocking fee will be required on all returns. Clearance and sale items are not eligible for return.
